For High School Seniors

Eligibility:
Applicant must be a graduating senior of a public high school (U.S.) and either a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
Applicants must plan to attend an accredited college or university
Applicants must have a GPA above 2.5
Application Requirements:
Completed and signed Application
High School Transcript (official and unofficial accepted)
Recent Photo (HS Graduation photo preferred)
Letter(s) of Recommendation (minimum 1)
Recipient must provide proof of college registration prior to receipt of award
